Mr. Kamalesh Ganesan
Dear Students and Aspirants,
I am Kamalesh Ganesan, the Director of INSD Salem. I am privileged to welcome you to a world of design, creativity, and innovation at our institution.
I have completed five gated community projects in Salem with a background in Business Administration from Christ University, Bangalore, and over 4 years of experience in real estate development. This journey has honed my business acumen and deepened my passion for design and architecture. Over the years, I have immersed myself in website and graphic design, blending creativity with functionality to bring ideas to life.
At INSD Salem, we aim to foster an environment where creative minds can thrive and transform their ideas into reality. Our goal is to provide students with a comprehensive design education that prepares them for the challenges of the modern design world.

K.Rajendra Nair
Retired IAS Officer
Shri K.R.Nair is presently SEBI appointed public interest director on the Board of Inter Connected Exchange of India Limited and is Chairman of the Board. He is also associated with IILM as Advisor for training programs for IAS and IPS Officers sponsored Govt. of India and has held various senior positions in both the State Government of Punjab and Government of India.

DR. B.V.Somashekhar
Prof. (Dr.) B.V. Somasekhar, a Doctorate in International Law, has an MBA from JNTU and a Business Leaders Program from IIM Kolkata. He holds multiple postgraduate diplomas in Public Relations, Human Resources, Planning, and Project Management. He has guided research scholars, published articles, participated in conferences, and consulted for various agencies.
He started as a Human Resource Manager at a newspaper, taught at Osmania University and the Indian Society of International Law, and was the founding Registrar of NIFT Hyderabad.
